Salami and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • French Baker Baguette slices
  • Magnolia Gold Butter
  • Magnolia Edam Cheese, sliced
  • salami
  • mayonnaise
  • parsley

Directions:

  1. Spread butter on bread slices.
  2. Top with a slice of Edam cheese.
  3. Fold or curl up salami slice, and place on top of cheese slice.
  4. Pipe dollop of mayonnaise on top. Garnish with parsley.

 

Garlic Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French Baker Baguette

For the garlic spread

  • 1 bar Magnolia Gold Butter
  • 2 heads fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onion
  • tbsp. Iodized salt

Directions:

  1. Soften butter at room temperature. To hasten softening of butter, you can cut up the bar into cubes.
  2. Whip by hand until fluffy and pale yellow. By this time, enough air has gone inside the butter and aerated it.
  3. Add other ingredients for the garlic spread.
  4. Mix until well combined
  5. Slice French bread diagonally into half-inch-thick slices.
  6. Spread garlic butter on both sides of the bread slices.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a 180°C oven for 5 minutes.
